GEOLOGY
Amethyst is a violet-tinted variety of Clear Quartz, which inherits its hues due to ionising radiation. Mostly found in basalt rocks, Amethyst crystal is often found as a geode but can also form in a pseudohexagonal shape.
Citrine is a form of Clear Quartz, and although present in nature, natural Citrine is rare to find. The energetic vibe of the joyous yellow-ish crystal is obtained by recreating the process it undergoes in the Earth: heating Amethyst geodes and clusters to temperatures spanning 350°C.
